The outstanding performances of Mo Farah in the Olympics has underlined the importance and potential benefits of one to one personal coaching for endurance runners. He has made exceptional progress since he moved to the US 20 months ago to be coached by Alberto Salazar a former top marathon runner.
Mo has put his Olympic gold medal winning performances down to the training regime introduced by his new coach. There has been of course an element of technology and science in the Salazar`s methods as a coach of a world class athlete but the fundamental reason for his success with Mo has been the due to more low tech reasons- a properly structured training programme with hands on coaching and supervision.
Run and Race may not turn you into an Olympic athlete but through one to one coaching it will offer you the opportunity to realise your personal dreams and goals in running.
