Two days before Christmas and the perfect guilt extinguisher for the excesses? to come. First the good news – it did not rain during the Meopham Kent Fitness League race on Sunday. Secondly the interesting news – two laps totalling 9.5 kilometres approx of the highest quality North Kent mud including a Grade 1 scramble up a 20 metre mud bank. Such a relief to be able to briefly escape the mud with a refreshing splash through the pond on each lap. Cross country at its finest and a fantastic location at Nurstead Court
