Training for Races

If you are planning to run in a specific race as a debut over a distance, such as your first ever marathon, or are seeking to improve your personal best time for a specific race distance, we offer a  personalised training for races geared towards your target event.

The programme will take into account previous and current training as well as recent racing activity, whilst providing ongoing feedback and a monitoring service to each individual during the course of the race programme including pre race preparation.

Programmes offered cover a range of race distances from 5K to a full marathon and can be structured or adapted to include field coaching sessions or runs.

Training sessions and runs are at a variety of locations including road ,off road and track and can be scheduled to take into account individual time restraints and restrictions.
