Denied the pleasure ? of 15K round Parliament Hill in the SEAA Cross Country Champs on Saturday 26th (cancelled due to snow) it was back to the the old faithful 8 mile training run round the  Black Route round in  Blean Woods. Four seasons all in one run with at one extreme  significant patches of ice and snow (and icy temperatures) in the depths of the woods and at the other extreme sunny (and yes warm !) conditions in the clearings . Global warming or global freezing – difficult to tell given the swing in weather conditions in South East Kent over the last two weeks. Certainly it felt like Global Wettening given the depth and quality of the brand new pools at the bottom of the course. As ever great training and yes great preparation for the rescheduled SEAA Champs on 16th February(subject to Global Freezing)
